You’ll take a scenic journey crossing into Kenya until we reach Kisumu, although smaller than Nairobi and Mombasa it’s perfectly located next to Lake Victoria – the world’s largest tropical lake. Your tour includes visiting the impressive Masai Mara National Reserve not only to witness The Great Migration but also to see big cats, elephants, giraffes and many more spectacular wildlife in their natural habitats.
We’ll make sure you’ll get plenty of opportunities see and experience the amazing wildlife that Kenya has to offer with additional game drives. However, we’ll also get to meet the Maasai tribe in their village and learn about their culturally rich heritage and way of life including their lifestyle practices, bushcraft skills, and warrior training.
No trips to Kenya complete without spending time in the capital – along the journey to Nairobi we’ll Narok, a predominantly Maasai town. After passing through the Great Rift Valle and the highlands of Central Kenya we’ll reach Nairobi.
The adventure continues in the capital – we’ll visit Kibera, the largest slum urban slum in Africa. The thriving urban jungle is filled with life coexisting in a compact space – it’s important to experience the real and genuine side of any country and try to understanding the daily struggles, this is what makes YPT stand out!
