Join us for our first-ever dedicated skiing tour in Iran!
The tour centres on the Dizin Ski Resort, which is the largest ski resort in western Asia and located in the heart of the Alborz mountain range, 75km from Tehran. The high altitude and the climate conditions offer a good length of time for skiing, beginning in November and finishing in May, as well as fantastic snow quality. The highest ski lift reaches 3,600m, making it one of the highest lift-accessed ski resorts in the world. The resort contains 23 different paths that are equipped with 4 cabin-lift, 3 chair lifts and 8 platter-lifts.
This resort has many comfortable accommodation facilities such as hotels, cottages, chalets, villas, private apartments and local houses, and accommodates thousands of people every year. Equipment such as alpine skis and snowboard, cross-country skis and accessories can be rented at and around the resort.
We will also have time in Tehran for a walking tour of the city and the Tehran Bazar, as well as a visit to Golestan Palace – one of the most spectacular sites in the whole of the country.
