At the end of December 2019, our friends at Let’s Buy An Island purchased an island off the coast of Belize City, in of course Belize. To read about what to drink in Belize click here.
In fact, we would consider ourselves more than just friends, with many of our staff, customers and indeed our company being active investors! The project is still selling places (in case you are interested).
Coffee Island is 1.1 acres in size and is a 15-minute boat ride from the mainland.
Young Pioneer Tours are proud to announce that in conjunction with Let’s Buy An Island we can now offer Coffee Island for rent to Pioneers wishing to have the deserted island experience.
Of course, the long term plan is to build stuff on the island, but for the time being we are offering the island as it is (empty) for rent.
Now whilst there are really no limits to what you might want to do on a private island, we’ve at least come up with a few options.

- Yoga (or any other) retreats
- Survival training camps
- Private family rentals
- School field trips
- Corporate retreats
- Retirement parties
- Bachelor/bachelorette parties
- Leadership seminars
- Stargazing outings
- Snorkelling and scuba diving excursions

- Glamping (like camping, but with better tents)

Also for those interested in strange stamps, there’s the small item of the Micronation being created on the island. Not only the ultimate stamp, but slightly out there for all you country collectors……
