Young Pioneer Tours are once again looking for energetic staff to join our growing team for 2025.
We are principally looking for tour guides and sales agents with a relevant experience and ideally language skills, as well as interns looking to take their place in the world.

We are principally looking for the following full time positions. We are not currently looking for freelance guides.
International tour guides
We are looking for full time tour guides to join our experienced team. The job entails not just taking guests on our trips, but also management of tours, administration and sales.
Priority will be given to people with language skills in Chinese, Russian and Arabic. Position is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
North Korean Tour guides
With North Korea looking almost certain to reopen in 2025, we are looking for people to come and join the team in China. The job entails not just taking people on tour, bit also sales, admin, as well helping man our office in Beijing.
Priority will be given to Chinese speakers and to a lesser degree Korean speakers. Job to be based in China, principally Beijing, although some time might be spent in Shenzhen, Dandong or Phom Penh.
Sales Agents
We are looking for full time sales agents to based in our offices in Cambodia and China. Your principal tasks are sales and administration, as well as development of tours.
This is a full time position in country with our company, we are not looking for people looking to work from home, or as nomads. This position offers a great salary and on target earnings. Guiding and travel opportunities will be offered to the right candidates.
Seasonal/Full time interns
Interns will be provided with accommodation, as well as a monthly stipend. This job entails getting involved in every aspect of running the company and offers a great chance to either gain experience, or enter into full time employment with us.
