Guyana Tours and Travels

YPT Tours to Guyana

Guyana is one of the least visited countries in South America, and also the only one where English is the official language. Guyana is rich in biodiversity and culture. It is also home to one of the largest stretches of untouched rainforest on the planet, where you can find some of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. Many ethnicities coexist in Guyana: descendants from the African slaves, indigenous communities that survived colonialism, Indians that settled in Guyana when looking for jobs in the 19th century, and descendants of British and Dutch colonisers. All this mix makes a very unique country worth visiting. .
